Supporting the MS Society – £250 Raised
We are delighted to share that Otley Camera Club has raised and donated £250 to the MS Society. This fantastic total was made possible through a combination of contributions, including donations from the Otley Christmas Tree Festival, members’ generosity on the evening of Stan Farrow’s talk, and an additional donation from the club itself. Photographing “The Witches of Eastwick” with Bingley Amateurs
Otley Camera Club has been delighted to work with Bingley Amateurs to photograph their upcoming production of The Witches of Eastwick at the Bingley Arts Centre. Capturing “Come From Away” with Guiseley Theatrical Productions
Last night, several of our members attended the dress rehearsal of Guiseley Theatrical Productions’ latest show, Come From Away , to capture the energy and atmosphere of the performance. Visit Our Tree at the All Saints Parish Church Christmas Tree Festival
We’re delighted once again to be part of the wonderful All Saints Parish Church Christmas Tree Festival , a much-loved event that fills the church with colour, creativity and festive cheer. Celebrating Nature Through Photography: Our Collaboration with Wildlife Friendly Otley
We are thrilled to share our recent collaboration with Wildlife Friendly Otley, where we supported their vibrant arts festival. The highlight of our involvement was a captivating talk by international award-winning wildlife photographer, Tracey Lund, held on Thursday. Bingley Rocks
A few of our club members recently had the chance to photograph Bingley Rocks, a three-day festival that showcases some of the UK's top tribute acts, alongside the best local original bands and acoustic artists. Otley Common Open Day
We were thrilled to continue our partnership with Otley Common yesterday, this time by helping to photograph their open day. The event kicked off with the town crier, setting the tone for a lively day filled with music, performances, craft stalls, tours, and delicious food. The atmosphere was incredibly positive, and we are hopeful that this event brings them one step closer to achieving their goal of creating a vibrant community hub.

Otley welcomes the Tour
On Saturday 5th July 2014 Otley welcomed the Tour de France. It was a magical day for the townsfolk and the wider cycling community who packed the route in their thousands. A long term friend of the camera club, Mark Currie, Catapult Films made a film about the day and the Camera Club produced a slide show of members images. Their goal is to preserve the Grade II-listed building and create a community hub with space for community activities, events, and workspaces.
