ABOUT OTLEY CAMERA CLUB
Otley Camera Club is a friendly and welcoming group of photography enthusiasts based in the heart of Otley. Our members range from complete beginners to experienced photographers, all sharing a passion for learning, creativity and capturing the world through a lens.
Whether you want to improve your technical skills, find inspiration, or simply enjoy photography with like-minded people, you will find a supportive and encouraging environment at the club.

We meet weekly on Thursday evenings from September to May.

What We Do
Our programme offers a wide variety of activities designed to inspire and develop photographers of all abilities. Throughout the season we enjoy:
• Inspiring guest speakers
• Practical workshops and demonstrations
• Friendly competitions with constructive feedback
• Member-led presentations and evenings
Outings and Community Projects
Alongside our regular meetings we also enjoy getting out and about with our cameras. Members take part in informal outings to local landmarks, wildlife locations and events throughout the year. These are great opportunities to practise new techniques, share ideas and spend time with fellow members. We are also proud to support the local community by helping document projects and events. In recent years members have photographed events and organisations including:

Annual Exhibition
Each spring we hold our Annual Exhibition in Otley, showcasing members’ work and celebrating the creativity and talent within the club. The exhibition is open to the public and gives us a wonderful opportunity to share our passion for photography with the wider community.
Membership
Visitors are always welcome and you can attend up to three meetings free of charge before deciding whether to join.
Adult Membership: £60
Junior Membership*: £20
Full Time Student Membership: £20
Plus
£1 on the door fee on any night attended.
Winter & Spring Membership £30
Spring Membership £15
*Junior defined as under 16 and must be accompanied by parent or guardian
