A New Season of Photography Starts This Thursday!

The summer break is nearly over and we're excited to announce that Otley Camera Club returns this Thursday for a brand-new season!
Following a fantastic year of photography, competitions, practical sessions, guest speakers, trips and plenty of socialising, we're looking forward to welcoming our existing members back — and hopefully meeting lots of new faces too.
Something for every photographer
Whether you've only just picked up a camera, have been taking photographs for years, or simply want to get more out of your photography, our programme has something for you.
Throughout the season we have:
📸 Inspiring speakers sharing their photography, experiences and knowledge
🏆 Monthly competitions with external judges and feedback
💡 Practical sessions where you can get hands-on with your camera
📍 Outings and field trips to photograph a wide variety of subjects
🤝 A friendly group where members share their knowledge and support each other
✨ Plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment and improve
And while Thursday evenings are at the heart of the club, photography doesn't stop there. Our members regularly organise informal trips and social days, giving everyone the opportunity to get out with their cameras, try something different and spend time together.
We're at Otley Common
This season also marks an exciting new chapter for the club as we continue our partnership with Otley Common.
The move has given us the additional space we needed as the club has grown, allowing us to run more ambitious practical sessions and create even more opportunities for our members.
Come and join us
We meet every Thursday from 7:30–9:30pm at Otley Common, and new members are always welcome.
You don't need to be an expert — just have a love of photography.
