Getting Ready for the Product Photography Competition

Next week marks the start of our three-part series on product photography at Otley Camera Club. The aim of this series is to help members develop their skills and prepare for our upcoming Product Competition.

The sessions will guide members through every stage of the process — from concept and setup to shooting and editing.

• Session One: A tutorial evening introducing the techniques, lighting setups, and creative approaches used in product photography.

• Session Two: A practical session where members can put those ideas into action and capture their own product images.

• Session Three: A post-processing evening focusing on editing and polishing the images taken during the practical session.
