Meet the Members: David Baron

We’re continuing our Meet the Members series by introducing one of our newer members — David Baron.

Although David only recently joined Otley Camera Club, he brought with him a wealth of experience in photography. From the outset, it was clear that he had a real talent for capturing the natural world. His portfolio features stunning images of wildlife and landscapes, showcasing not just his technical skill but also a strong eye for composition and light.

David has quickly become an active and valued part of the club. He’s joined several outings in search of local wildlife and has generously shared his knowledge about the best locations to spot animals in and around our area. Whether it’s birds, mammals, or the elusive moments of nature, David seems to know just where to look!

He’s also been a huge help behind the scenes. Most recently, David gave his time and energy to support our annual exhibition — offering a hand with setup, organisation, and more. His enthusiasm and willingness to get involved have been much appreciated by everyone.

We’re delighted to have David as part of the Otley Camera Club community and look forward to seeing more of his beautiful work in the months ahead.
