An Evening at Bingley Camera Club

On Monday evening, members of Otley Camera Club were delighted to receive a warm welcome at Bingley Camera Club, where Richard and Danni were invited to present two talks.

Richard shared images and stories from a memorable trip to Iceland last year, undertaken with four fellow club members. The talk showcased dramatic landscapes, unique light and the striking natural beauty that makes Iceland such a compelling destination for photographers.

Danni then took to the stage to speak about her photographic journey — from picking up a camera less than three years ago to producing the remarkable wildlife images she is now known for, particularly her bird photography. Her talk demonstrated just how much progress can be made in a relatively short time through passion, dedication and learning.

Both presentations were illustrated with superb images and were warmly received by the Bingley members.

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming Bingley Camera Club to Otley later in the season, when they will be presenting to us. Evenings like this are a fantastic way for local clubs to collaborate, share ideas and strengthen the photographic community.
