Andy Stephenson recently visited us to judge our Bokeh Competition. In photography, bokeh is the aesthetic quality of the blur produced in the out-of-focus parts of an image produced by a lens. Click on the winning image by Richard Sells to view the winners' gallery.
Last Thursday Jed Wee, a professional photographer, came to give the camera club a talk on his travel photography. Jed has visited us in the past to show us his professional sports and wildlife photography so we knew we were in for a great night; we were not disappointed! Jed showed us some superb images taken during his travels to Iceland, Norway, Sicily and Morocco. The fantastic images were accompanied by an interesting and informative talk which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
